ST. CLAIR 3, SHERIDAN 1

WINDSOR, Ont. - The St. Clair College women's volleyball team improved their OCAA record to 3-1 on the season defeating the Sheridan Bruins on Friday night at the SportsPlex.

The Saints won the match by a score of 3-1. Game scores for St. Clair were 25-19, 21-25, 25-16 and 25-20.

It was a solid all around team effort by St. Clair. Chloe Stachow (Windsor) led the way offensively with 11 kills, two assists and 12 digs. Te-Anna Stephenson (Whitby) had a great match as well with eight kills, one service ace, one stuff block and 11 digs.

The St. Clair women are currently ranked fourth in Ontario. The loss dropped Sheridan's record to 2-1. The Bruins were ranked seventh in the OCAA heading into the match.

The women are next in action on Friday, Nov. 17 when they travel to Ancaster, Ont., to take on the Redeemer Royals.
