In six wins to open the season for the St. Clair Saints, Claydon batted a remarkable .667 going 14-for 21, including four doubles and driving in 16 runs while scoring six times herself. She also appeared in three games as a pitcher collecting two wins over 10 innings while striking out 15 batters. Claydon is the current OCAA leader in hits and RBI, and fourth among hurlers in strike outs. St. Clair is the only undefeated team in women's softball with a 6-0 record, and looks to continue its winning ways this Friday at home against both Fanshawe and Conestoga.
