Finding themselves on the losing end of a narrow 21-19 outcome at St. Lawrence on Sept. 25, the two-time reigning OCAA champion Durham Lords didn't let sloppy conditions slow them down when they returned to action on Oct. 9. Durham handed the Sheridan Bruins a 43-0 defeat in its home opener at Thompson Rugby Park to move back to .500. Many Lords scored tries in this one including Taylor, a first-year fly half, who also added four converts for a 13-point effort. Durham returns to action this Friday when it hosts undefeated Humber.
