Gilpin helped carry the offence for the Fleming Knights in a pair of victories on Oct. 16. The third-year centre scored a try and booted a convert for a match-high seven points as Fleming defeated the Seneca Sting 12-7. She then followed this effort with a match-high two tries in Fleming's 14-10 win over the Loyalist Lancers. Gilpin's 17 total points helped Fleming improve to 2-3 on the season. The Knights will be the fourth seed when the OCAA Women's Rugby Sevens Championship takes place Oct. 30-31 at Thompson Rugby Park in Oshawa, Ont.
