Pretty was named Championship MVP leading the Lambton Lions to their first-ever OCAA women's basketball championship. The fourth-year student-athlete was one rebound short of a double-double in the gold medal game, scoring 13 points while contributing three assists and two steals in Lambton's 78-56 triumph over the previously undefeated Algonquin Wolves. Pretty, who was previously named OCAA Player of the Year and is an All-Canadian, now leads the Lions into the national championship in Lloydminster, Alta., from Mar. 13-16.
