Elson was named a Championship Second-Team All-Star at the 2024 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association/Curling Canada College Championships in Fredericton, N.B. The first-year lead was solid throughout the competition as the Humber Hawks went 5-2 in round robin play en route to a second-straight national bronze medal. The Hawks hung on to beat the Augustana Vikings 6-5 for the repeat medal. It marks another honour for Elson who was also named an OCAA Championship First-Team All-Star at last month's provincials.
