Patrick Donker is one of the most accomplished athletes to represent Lambton College. Between 2001 and 2003, Patrick dominated OCAA cross country earning three individual medals as well as three team medals.

During his freshmen year, Donker earned Lambton's first gold medal in the sport as he bolted to a first place finish at the OCAA championships. Over the next two years, Donker led the Lions to three team medals, while grabbing third place individually in 2002 and 2003. At the national level, Donker helped Team Ontario pick up a silver medal as he finished ninth overall.

Donker, a native of Beachville, Ont., was named Lambton's Male Varsity Athlete of the Year in 2001-02 and was named the 2002-03 Sportsmanlike Athlete of the Year. He was a member of the OCAA All-Ontario team for three consecutive seasons, while earning an OCAA All-Academic award during two years of studies. The Lambton College Alumni Association honoured him as the Excellence Award winner, capping off his excellent varsity career.
