Box Score BARRIE, Ont. - The Durham College women's volleyball team completed the impressive feat of a second consecutive perfect regular season after defeating the Georgian Grizzlies in Saturday's regular season finale in Barrie. Set scores for the match were 25-22, 25-11, 22-25, 25-14.

For the second straight year the No. 4 nationally ranked Lords achieved an unblemished 18-0 regular season mark, pushing their current conference streak to 37-0 dating back to February of 2018. The Lords led the entire province in set differential this year, finishing the 2019-20 campaign with 54 sets won and just four sets lost, while also making it 108 sets won and 10 sets lost over the two year stretch of dominance in the OCAA east.

The Lords will enter the postseason as the top seed in the OCAA east division and will face-off with the OCAA west seventh-place Sheridan Bruins who finished 2019-20 with a 7-11 record. Durham will host the OCAA championship qualifying game at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre on Saturday, Feb. 22, with first serve scheduled for 6 p.m. All the action will also be streamed on OCAA LIVE.
 

AT THE NET

• Leading the Lords in the four set victory, Cassidy Nicholson-Clarke (Ajax, Ont.) tied her career-high with 17 total points from eight kills, three blocks, and an impressive six service aces.
• Concluding her fantastic 2019-20 campaign in the regular season finale, fourth-year outside hitter Allyson Terwillegar (Enniskillen, Ont.) also notched double-digit points, finishing with 12 kills and two aces for 14 total points.
• Alyssa Muller led the Grizzlies with a team-high 15 points from seven kills, seven aces, and one block.
 

ON THE COURT

• Terwillegar was also the defensive leader for the green and gold finishing with a game-high eight digs.
• Guiding the offence in the regular season finale, Georgi Williams (Whitby, Ont.) recorded 34 assists for the Lords, adding three aces, one kill, and one block.
• Georgian setter Sophia Clement finsihed the afternoon with 25 assists, while also leading the team with a game-high eight digs.
