Women's Volleyball Remain Undefeated

Windsor,ON- The St. Clair women's volleyball team continued their OCAA regular season schedule at home on Saturday afternoon and came away with a hard fought 3-0 win over the Redeemer University Royals (Ancaster).

Set scores for St. Clair were 25-21, 25-23 and 25-21.  Outside hitter Te-Anna Stephenson (3rd Year; Whitby; Sinclair Secondary) let the way for the Saints with 10 kills, 1 service ace, 5 stuff blocks and 5 digs. Middle Kiana Gelissen (Lasalle; Sandwich Secondary) also had a solid match with 8 kills, 1 service ace and 4 digs. Outside hitter Amelia Oliverio (2nd Year; Windsor; St. Joseph's) had a great game as well with 6 kills, 2 services aces and 10 digs.

With the win St. Clair improved to 3-0 while Redeemer dropped to 0-3. The Saints are next in action on Wednesday, November 6th when they travel to London to take on the top ranked Fanshawe Falcons at 6 pm. St. Clair is currently ranked 5th in the OCAA while Fanshawe is ranked 1st in the OCAA and 5th in Canada a record of 4-0.
