*2023 OCAA Championship Host

A single-division format will continue for 2023, as teams play a double round robin format consisting of one doubleheader against each club totalling 18 games each.

Historically when it comes to OCAA men's baseball, there are the St. Clair Saints (Windsor) and Humber Hawks (Etobicoke) and then the rest. In the nine seasons that men's baseball has been contested in the OCAA, St. Clair has won seven championships (including the last two) while Humber has won the other two. Last year's gold medal games featured these schools, with St. Clair needing to win both to defend its provincial title. It won't take long for an anticipated meeting between these programs as Humber hosts St. Clair on Sept. 9.

The Seneca Sting (North York) will host the OCAA Men's Baseball Championship for the first time this October. The 2021 OCAA bronze medalists will also throw out the first official pitch of the 2023 regular season when they host the Centennial Colts (Scarborough) in the lone doubleheader on Sept. 8.

A total of 90 games (45 doubleheaders) are planned across the province over a span of 34 days. As inclement weather can more often than not interrupt the OCAA schedule, Oct. 13-16 has been designated as a period to make up potential rainouts.

The top six teams at the conclusion of the regular season - including host Seneca - move on to the OCAA championship. (If Seneca finishes below sixth place, it will replace the sixth seed.) The modified double knockout tournament will take place Oct. 19-21 at Stewart Burnett Park in Aurora. The top two teams advance directly to the double knockout, while the remaining four play a sudden death game to advance to the double knockout stage.

All OCAA schedules for the 2023-24 season, including dates, times and locations, are subject to change.
