Panthers swat Sting

(North Bay, ON) – The Canadore Panthers women's volleyball team are back home as they host the Sting.

The first set was a back-and-forth battle between both sides, as each team look to gain momentum early in the match. Second year Carlie Pappano (North Bay, ON) led the way with a team high 11 kills, helping the Panthers to a 25-16 set win.

With momentum on Canadore side, the Sting look to bounce back to take the second set. The Panthers didn't allow that to happen, as they closed out the Stings 25-20 to go up 2-0.

Behind Meadow Gillespie (Callander, ON) team high 10 digs, the Panthers held off the Sting in a hard fought third set 25-23.

Next for the Panthers will be at home to take on Algonquin Wolves on Nov. 19. First serve is slated for 1 p.m. and will be stream live on OCAA LIVE.
