North Bay – The Canadore Panthers men's basketball team host Conestoga Condors, with both teams looking for their first win of the season.
We saw the first quarter as a back-and-fourth contest, with Conestoga taking 6 points lead going into the second quarter. Behind Ty Huxtable (Orillia, ON) team high 16 points, the Panther battled to keep the score under double digits but the Condors shooting was to much for the Panthers98-70.
Canadore finished with 37.1% from the field, 29.2% from the 3-point, 81.0% from free throw, with 24 rebounds, 7 assists, and 22 points in the paint.
Next for the Panthers will be on the road to take on St. Clair Nov. 12 at 3 p.m. and Lambton Nov. 13 at 1 p.m. All games will be stream live on OCAA LIVE.
