  30  Deadline to submit RECCup intent to participate RECSeries/Cup Coordinator
May No later than the 7th  Call to submit RECSport hosting dates  RECSport Coordinators
  No later than the 10th  Call to submit bid to host RECCup Regional and/or RECCup Championship  RECSeries/Cup Coordinator
June 1  Deadline to submit initial round of RECSport hosting dates and all RECCup-related bids  RECSport Coordinators
  15  Confirmation of RECCup Regional and RECCup Championship hosts  RECSeries/Cup Coordinator
  15 Distribution of RECSport Schedule RECPlay/Fest Coordinator
August 31 Final deadline for Hosting Applications for RECCup Sport (Indoor Cricket, Ice Hockey) events RECSeries/Cup Coordinator
SUBMISSION DEADLINES
12pm Noon next business day following event Submission of basic tournament results by Host RECSport Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, participating institutions and OCAA Office
Within three (3) business days following event Submission of Host Tournament Summary Form, any incident reports and tournament action photos  RECSport Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, REC Conduct Coordinator (if necessary) and OCAA Office
CANCELLATION TIMELINE SPORT/EVENT PENALTY
Six (6) business days or more to the date of the tournament All RECSports except hockey No penalty
Five (5) business days or less prior to the date of the tournament and the vacancy is filled All RECSports except hockey Withdrawing team pays $150 penalty to host institution
Five (5) business days or less prior to the date of the tournament and the vacancy cannot be filled All RECSports except hockey Withdrawing team pays full tournament fee to host institution
Ten (10) business days or less prior to the date of the tournament and the vacancy is filled External Rental Facilities Withdrawing team pays $300 penalty to host institution
Ten (10) business days or less prior to the date of the tournament and the vacancy cannot be filled External Rental Facilities Withdrawing team pays full tournament fee to host institution

Note: Should any date fall on a weekend and/or holiday, the deadline will be the following business day.
