Last weekend marked the first home games for the Wolves men's volleyball team. Algonquin started the season with 5 straight road games before returning to the comforts of the Jack Doyle Athletics and Recreation Centre. The squad went into the weekend with a 3-2 record. The Wolves got off to a hot start winning their first 3 matches of the year, but would drop the next 2 against Seneca and Georgian.

These two teams met in Oshawa in October in a tight match that Algonquin would eventually win in the 5th. The rematch was a little more comfortable for Wolves fans as the team came away with a 3 set win 25-20, 25-18, and 25-20.

The Wolves took the momentum of Friday's win into their Saturday matchup with the George Brown Huskies. Algonquin came away with another win in straight sets sending Wolves fans home early and happy.
