The Georgian Grizzlies women's basketball team hosted the Seneca Sting on Wednesday night at the Georgian Athletic Centre.
The Sting used a balanced attack with four players scoring double-digits in points which led to a 79-52 loss for the Grizzlies.
Georgian's shooters had an off-night minus veteran guard Hannah Pearsall.
Pearsall, now in her third season, set a new career high with 31 points and also added eight rebounds.
The Grizzlies women's team will have another important game this Saturday when they travel to face the George Brown Huskies. Georgian will play their next home game on Friday, Dec. 2 when they host those same division rival Huskies at 6 p.m. at the Georgian Athletic Centre.
