The St. Clair College men's volleyball team wrapped up their OCAA home schedule on Saturday afternoon falling to the Conestoga Condors 3-2 in a tight exciting match in front of a packed house at the Sportsplex. Set scores for Conestoga were 25-21, 23-25, 23-25, 25-23 and 15-11.
Second year outside hitter Kale Wilkinson (Windsor; Riverside) led the way for the Saints with 17 kills, 2 service aces, 3 stuff blocks and 5 digs. Eric Glos (Tecumseh; Tecumseh Vista) had a great game with 16 kills, 2 service aces, 1 stuff block and 5 digs.
The Saints are now 12-4 on the season and are currently ranked 1st in Ontario and 5th in Canada. It was the Saints first loss on home court all season.The Condors improved to 12-3 with the win and are ranked 2nd in the OCAA and 7th in the CCAA.
St. Clair will wrap up their regular season schedule on the road in Sudbury with 2 big matches to determine their final place in the OCAA West Standings heading into the playoffs.
