Tabiri has been remarkably consistent the entire season, continuing that trend in Sackville, N.B., at nationals. The fourth-year forward averaged 13.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists and a block in three games and was named a Championship First-Team All-Star as the George Brown Huskies earned the silver medal. Tabiri was named Player of the Game in George Brown's opener, scoring 16 points and grabbing nine rebounds in a 70-69 comeback victory over the VIU Mariners. George Brown last won a national medal in 1976, also silver.
