Eliran Kikoss arrived at Niagara College in 2001 and quickly made his mark with the men's basketball program by becoming the team's top scorer. In his first 12 league games he averaged 15.6 points and was named an OCAA first-team all-star.

The following season, he continued to lead Niagara in scoring averaging 19.8 points per game, sixth overall in the OCAA. Eliran led Niagara to its first-ever OCAA west regional title with a record of 10-2 in league play. Niagara defeated host Sheridan College for the bronze medal. He was named an OCAA second-team league and championship all-star.

In his final season, Eliran once again led his team in scoring averaging 15.3 points per game and was named an OCAA first-team all-star. Eliran was a two-time recipient of OCAA and CCAA all-academic awards, received the Niagara College athlete of distinction award as well as the Niagara College male athlete of the year award.
