Colts and Huskies Battle to Break Deadlock in Standings

SCARBOROUGH – Like the Lady Colts and Huskies, the men are also tied in the standings, each with a 1-2 record. The Colts are fresh off their first win of the season by defeating the Seneca Sting 3 sets to 1.

The leaders for the Colts thus far in the season are Ayoola Ojeshina and Tarun Singh. Ojeshina leads the Colts in the following categories: kills (35), kills per set (3.18), points (46), points per set (4.2) and total attacks (74). Freshmen setter Tarun Singh leads the team with 74 assists, 6.73 assists per set and 18 digs.

On the Huskies side, David Kiswa leads the OCAA in kills (49), points (55), sets (13) and block errors (0).

Meanwhile, the Huskies fell to the Fleming Knights their last time out 3-2. This will be the first of the Huskies 3-game road trip.

The game begins at 3pm on Progress campus at Centennial College.
