LONDON, Ont. - Doubles badminton players from Mohawk College turned in outstanding performances in their OCAA West regional championships at Fanshawe College in London this weekend (Feb. 7-8) and earned berths in the upcoming OCAA championships.

Victoria Hall and Kimloung Lim posted a 6-0 record to finish first in the women's doubles event.

Adam D'Agostino and Kianoosh Moslemi were second in men's doubles with a 5-1 record.

In the overall team competition, the Mohawk women finished second behind champion Humber. The Mountaineer men were third, behind Redeemer and champion Humber.

The OCAA Badminton Championships will be played at Humber Feb. 14-15.
