TECUMSEH, Ont. - The St. Clair College men's baseball team (13-3) swept a doubleheader over Seneca College (5-13) Friday night in Tecumseh, Ont., at Lacasse Park by scores of 11-0 and 12-1.

The Saints scored seven runs in the sixth inning and capped the frame with a two-run homer from Demitri Bertoni (Amherstburg, Ont./St. Thomas of Villanova) to walk-off the opening game. St. Clair pitcher Taylor Pappin (Brantford, Ont.) surrendered just three hits while striking out six batters going the distance for the win. Bertoni, Matt Bassingthwaighte (Windsor, Ont.)/FJ Brennan), Roberto Duncan (Panama City, Panama) each finished with three hits apiece to pace the offence for the Saints.

In the second game St. Clair scored their runs early and needed just five innings to complete the mercy with Kyle Breitner (Mississauga, Ont.) collecting his OCAA-leading fifth win of the season on the mound. Kevin Dion (Newmarket, Ont.) and Miguel Cienfuegos (Laval, Que.) each had three hits for the Saints.

St. Clair hosts George Brown College (1-15) from Toronto on Saturday at Lacasse Park in a doubleheader with game times of 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
