MOHAWK SENDS TWO RINKS TO OCAA CURLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

THUNDER BAY, Ont. - The 49th Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Curling Championships get under way at the Port Arthur Curling Club in Thunder Bay, Ont., on Thursday. The event, with Confederation College playing host, runs until Sunday.

Mohawk College will be represented by its men's and mixed rinks.

The men's team includes skip Troy Woodland, vice Logan James, second Jared Zuliani and lead Jonathan Boccia.

The mixed team includes skip Megan McArthur, who'll throw second stones, vice Michael Watson, who will deliver fourth rocks, second Paige Fursman, who'll throw third and lead Dylan Colquhoun.

The first draw of the championship will be Thursday at 8 a.m. when Mohawk meets Niagara in men's play and the Mountaineers will face St. Clair in the mixed opener.
