OSHAWA, Ont. - The St. Clair College women's softball team split a pair of games with Durham College (Oshawa) Sunday in their campus field debut.

In the opening contest the Saints held a 3-0 lead in the fifth inning before surrendering a pair of runs on some defensive miscues in the sixth and seventh innings that contributed to the loss.

The Saints rallied in the second game with a resounding 7-0 shutout to move their record to 3-1 on the season.

The Saints travel to London Tuesday to face Fanshawe College (0-2) at Stronach Park. Game times are 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
