ST. CLAIR 25, MOHAWK 1

WINDSOR, Ont. - It's said you have to have the pitching to be successful on the ball diamond. And in Windsor, Ont., on Saturday the Mohawk women's softball team did not have the pitching. Literally!

All three of Mohawk's hurlers could not make the trip and the St. Clair Saints took full advantage with 15-4 and 25-1 decisions over the visitors. Both games went five innings.

Courtney Lukawiecki and Natasha Pasetto had two of the Mountaineers RBIs in the doubleheader. Ashley Unimen got the other one.

The Mountaineers record dropped to 3-13.
