ST. CLAIR WOMEN'S GOLF FINISH SEVENTH AT NATIONALS

CHILLIWACK, B.C. - The St. Clair College women's golf team wrapped up play at the CCAA golf nationals on Friday in Chilliwack, B.C., by finishing in seventh place in the country. The event was hosted by the University of the Fraser Valley at the Chilliwack Golf & Country Club.

The Saints got off to a slow start in the first round and were sitting in eighth place. St. Clair bounced back strong including having the fifth best team score on Friday in the final round. Three golfers play for each women's team with the best two scores counting each day. St. Clair's team members are Victoria Ducharme, Laura Martin and Jordan Schatz. The Saints are coached by Kevin Corriveau and Heather MacKenzie. This is the fifth consecutive year the Saints have qualified for nationals.
