Small is now playing professional basketball in Europe with the Worthing Thunder where he is making a significant impact in his first season with the team.

In four years with the Durham Lords, he racked up 1,045 career points and is third on the Durham College all-time scoring charts. He was also named an OCAA All-Star and was the college's Bonnie Ginter-Brown leadership award winner.
