ST. LAWRENCE (K) 82, DURHAM 55 (FINAL)

KINGSTON, Ont. – Durham College's roller coaster season hit a new low on Wednesday night as they were beat by the St. Lawrence Vikings 82-55.

Durham's defence could not stop the St. Lawrence duo of Terence Thomas and Claudio Marques who scored 24 and 23 points apiece. Marques also had 11 rebounds in the win.

Rob Gagliardi (Whitby, Ont.) had his 30-point scoring streak snapped at three games as he was held to 22 points. The OCAA leading scorer also had seven rebounds in the game.

Tyler McGarrity had 15 points and five rebounds in the loss for Durham.

Durham drops to 4-4 on the year and are one of four teams in the OCAA east region with four wins this season. St. Lawrence has a matching record.

Durham will look to rebound at home on Friday, December 2 against George Brown (5-2). Game time at the CRWC is 8 p.m.
