HUMBER 99, ST. CLAIR 81

ETOBICOKE, Ont. - The St. Clair College men's basketball team was slow out of the gate and never closed the gap losing 99-81 to Humber College in Etobicoke, Ont., on Saturday night.

Down 28-10 after the opening quarter the Saints played even with the Hawks the reminder of the game. St. Clair was outrebounded 55-32 and surrendered 22 second chance points in the game.

Rookie guard Trevon Mollison (Brampton, Ont.) led the Saints scoring 22 points including four triples in the contest. Third-year guard Jermaine Lynch (Windsor, Ont./JL Forster) made a living at the line scoring 20 points with half of them coming at the free throw line to go with five steals. Lance Drummonds (Hamilton, Ont.) and Charles Baskin (Detroit, Mich.) both also reached double figures scoring 12 and 10 points respectively for St. Clair.
