SARNIA, Ont. - The Mohawk soccer teams both came up with excellent efforts on Saturday, defeating the Lambton Lions in Sarnia, Ont.
Newcomer Mohamad Mohamad (Glendale) scored a hat trick as the Mountaineer men won 3-0 and improved their record to 2-3-1.
The Mohawk women whipped Lambton 4-1. Gabrielle Krebs fired two goals, with singles to Taylor Campbell and Mara Cascella.
The Mountaineers squared their mark at 3-3.
