Peterborough, ON – the Fanshawe Falcons win the Consolation finals defeating the Sheridan Bruins in overtime with the score of 5-2.

 The Falcons entered the OCAA Men's Soccer Championships after a successful season leading the West division 8-0-2. In the quarter finals the Fanshawe Falcons fell short to the Durham Lords at a score of 2-1. The Falcons then moved onto the Consolation Round were they dominated the George Brown Huskies 7-1.

 In the Consolation Finals the Sheridan Bruins and the Fanshawe Falcons were closely matched ending the regular time of the match at an even 2-2. In overtime the Falcons took the lead over the Bruins and held onto it scoring 3 goals which brought the final score to 5-2 in favour of the Falcons.
