WEST DEFEATS EAST AT OCAA MEN'S VOLLEYBALL ALL-STAR GAME

The Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) volleyball players took place in the 14th Annual Volleyball All-Star Game on Saturday. The weekend was a great success, despite the bad weather that prevented some teams from making the trip, Saturday proved to be an amazing day of Volleyball.

In the end it was the West teams that prevailed over the East in the men's contest

For the men it was a tight battle, with many great highlights but it was the West's weekend to be had. West defeated the East 2-1 (25-22, 26-28, 27-29). The West's MVP of the game was Mohawk's Matthew Schnarr, the East's MVP was Algonquin's David Keo. The leader in the match for number of kills was Nipissing's Eric Yung, and the leader in the number of serving aces was Josh Bowen from Durham College.
