CENTENNIAL AT CANADORE

The Canadore College Panthers women's volleyball team will play host to the Seneca Sting this Saturday, Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. and the Centennial Colts on Sunday, Jan. 17 at 1 p.m.

The Panthers hope to maintain their first place ranking in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association East Division and North Bay's very own Caitlin Hebert is currently ranked No. 2 in the country with 100 kills and an average of 3.85 kills per set which is outstanding.

The Panthers men's volleyball squad is looking to build on last weekend's success of two wins at home as they also face the Seneca Sting this Saturday at 3 p.m. and the Centennial Colts on Sunday at 3 p.m. Captain Shawn Hofmann is currently ranked 15th overall in the country with 99 kills and an average of 3.3 per set so he will be one to watch for in the upcoming games.

In basketball action, the Panthers men's hoopsters hope to pull out a home game win as they play host to George Brown College on Saturday Jan. 16 at 6 p.m.

All games are held in the Education Centre Gymnasium at 100 College Drive and admission is free.
