ST. CLAIR 3, CONESTOGA 0

KITCHENER, Ont. - The St. Clair College men's volleyball team travelled to Kitchener, Ont., on Sunday afternoon to take on the Conestoga College Condors to open up their second half OCAA schedule.

The St. Clair men came away with a huge win defeating Conestoga 3-0. The set scores for St. Clair were 25-21, 25-19 and 25-18. Outside hitter Mike Knight led the way for St. Clair with 16 kills, three stuff blocks and four digs. Outside hitter Jared Niziolek also had a big game with 16 kills, one service ace and six digs.

With the win, the Saints record improved to 5-5 on the season while Conestoga slipped to 4-6. St. Clair avenged an earlier 3-2 loss to the Condors in the first semester. The St. Clair men are currently ranked 10th in the OCAA and sit in sixth place in the OCAA West Division.

The men are next in action on Saturday, Jan. 21 when they travel to Hamilton, Ont., to take on the Mohawk Mountaineers.
