ST. LAWRENCE (K) 107, FLEMING 16

KINGSTON, Ont. - The St. Lawrence Vikings women's basketball team played their final home game of the 2013-14 season on Sunday against the Fleming College Knights.

Right from the start, the Vikings set the pace for the game, with Lacey Knox hitting three consecutive three point shots. From there, SLC stayed in full control of the game against the struggling 0-13 Fleming Knights.

"Today we got great rotation through our line-up, with everyone getting double digit playing minutes, which will be important for us when we play our last two games on the road," said Vikings head coach Remy Simpson.

While Knox would finish with a team-high 26 points in the 107-16 victory, players like Emily Chamberlain (12 points), Taylor Andrews (six points) and Alexis Lough (five points) made excellent contributions throughout the game.

The Vikings will play Durham College in Oshawa, Ont., on Friday, Feb. 14 and Centennial College on Saturday, Feb. 15.
