ST. CLAIR 66, NIAGARA 48

WINDSOR, Ont. - The St. Clair College women's basketball team finished their home regular season schedule with a 66-48 win over Niagara College (Welland, Ont.) Saturday evening at the SportsPlex.

In control form the start, the Saints never trailed the entire contest and were comfortably ahead 42-18 by halftime. By late in the third quarter St. Clair was up by as much as 33 points and were able to empty their bench in the fourth quarter allowing all 11 players dressed to tally points on the score sheet.

Second-year guard Rachel Duic (Belle River, Ont./St. Anne) led the Saints scoring 12 points adding three steals. Second-year forwards Nicole Tamm (Windsor, Ont./Holy Names) and Torrie Handsor (Wallaceburg, Ont.) each scored 10 points for St. Clair. Tamm added five rebounds, six assists and four steals to help fill the stat line for the Saints.

Niagara's Alyssa McCable (Niagara Falls, Ont.) scored a game-high 15 points in the loss.
