ST. CLAIR 3, FANSHAWE 0

WINDSOR, Ont. - The St. Clair College women's volleyball team hosted the Fanshawe Falcons from London, Ont., at the Sportsplex on Wednesday night.

The St. Clair women came away with a solid win defeating Fanshawe 3-0. The Saints got off to a slow start in the first set but picked up their game to win 25-15. St. Clair won the second set 25-14 and the third 25-18 to take the match.

Outside hitter Kaila Crough led the way for St. Clair with 13 kills, four service aces, one assist and four digs. Middle Jessica Masse chipped in with six kills, three stuff blocks, one service ace and four digs.

With the win the Saints record improved to 5-1 on the season while Fanshawe slipped to 2-4. The St. Clair women are currently ranked fourth in the OCAA and sit in first place in the OCAA West Division.

St. Clair's next match is on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 2 p.m. when they host Conestoga College at the Sportsplex.
