Set 1 was a see saw battle going point for point until Humber managed to start pulling away taking the first set 25-21.

Sheridan was unable to match Humber's offence dropping the next two sets 25-19 and 25-18.  Special mention is deserving for No. 14 Danielle Miles of Humber, in the last few points pulling three incredible digs in the last set before ending the match with a service ace.

Humber faces Fanshawe Saturday at 6 p.m. in the semi-finals while Sheridan faces Mohawk at 1 p.m. in the consolation semi-final.
