Women's Volleyball Improve to 4-1

Kitchener, ON- The St. Clair women's volleyball team continued their OCAA regular season on the road on Sunday afternoon and came away with a hard fought 3-1 win over the Conestoga College Condors (Kitchener).

Set scores for St. Clair were 25-22, 25-21, 20-25 and 25-23.  Rookie outside hitter Chantal DeVlugt (Wyoming; LCCVI) let the way for the Saints with 11 kills, 3 service aces, 1 stuff block and 5 digs. Libero Julie Ann Milling (5th year; Woodstock; Woodstock Collegiate Institute) had a solid defensive game with 9 digs.

With the win St. Clair improved to 4-1 while Conestoga dropped to 2-5 on the season. The Saints are back in action at home next weekend for their final home games of the semester. St. Clair will host the Sheridan Bruins on Saturday, November 23 at 6 pm and then host the Humber Hawks on Sunday, November 24 at 3 pm. St. Clair is currently ranked 5th in the OCAA.
