With the first half of the 2022-23 season nearing an end, Mohawk Mountaineers women's basketball could not get back in the win column versus the Niagara Knights. The Mountaineers lost 60-25.

Although it seemed at times like their defence might keep them in the game, Mohawk just could not get the shots to fall on a night where the whole team struggled offensively.

The Mountaineers will play their final game off 2022 on Dec. 1 when they host the Sheridan Bruins at 6 p.m.
