Elliott was named a Championship Second-Team All-Star at nationals in Saint-Laurent, Que. The second-year guard averaged 8.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.3 steals averaging 19.7 minutes in three games. Elliott provided a spark for the Durham Lords in the gold medal game on Mar. 15, scoring 15 points on 6-of-11 (54.5 per cent) shooting while adding five rebounds, two assists and two steals in a 76-70 loss to their OCAA-rival Humber Hawks. The Lords had their best finish on the national stage since winning it all in 1997.
