Lorelle Weavers was a member of the Niagara Knights golf team from 2014 to 2016. Lorelle paved the way for women's golf at Niagara College, capturing a number of career milestones.

In Lorelle's first season on the course with the Knights, Lorelle captured three consecutive OCAA invitational championships en route to an OCAA silver medal and a berth to the CCAA championships, where Lorelle emerged as the gold medal national champion for 2014.

Lorelle was named to the OCAA All-Ontario team, CCAA Championship All-Star Team, recipient of the OCAA All-Academic, CCAA Academic All-Canadian, CCAA National Scholar and CCAA All-Canadian. Lorelle also earned top honours at the Knights athletic awards banquet taking home the Top Female Scholastic award, Niagara College President's Honour Roll, Knights Female Tournament Sport Player of the Year, and was bestowed with the highest female award as the 2015 Niagara Knights Female Athlete of the Year.

The following season, Lorelle won two of the three OCAA invitational events and took home the gold medal at the OCAA championships. Placing fourth at the CCAA championships, Lorelle earned a second OCAA All-Ontario Team, CCAA Championship All-Star, CCAA All-Canadian, OCAA All-Academic Award, CCAA Academic All-Canadian as well as a CCAA Scholar Athlete. Lorelle repeated as the Knights Female Tournament Sport Player of the Year and Female Athlete of the Year for the 2015-16 season.

Lorelle captured a second consecutive OCAA championship gold medal in one final season with the Knights in 2016. Lorelle earned a third consecutive CCAA All-Canadian award, OCAA All-Ontario Team, CCAA Academic All-Canadian, CCAA National Scholar, OCAA All-Academic Award, and third consecutive Knights Female Tournament Sport Player of the Year award.

Lorelle is a graduate of the Niagara College Professional Golf Management program. In 2019, the Niagara Knights recognized Lorelle's outstanding accomplishments with Lorelle's induction to the Niagara College Knights Hall of Fame. Lorelle is currently a PGA of Canada Instructor at the Rattle Snake Point Golf Course and assistant coach of the University of Guelph women's team.
