Bio

Wallace Coomansingh played two seasons for the Centennial Colts men's tennis team and made the most of his time capturing three OCAA provincial gold medals from 1974-76.

Individually Wallace was twice golden, notching his first gold medal with an impressive run in the 1974-75 season. He would go on to claim team gold that year at the provincial championship giving him two gold medals on the season.

Following up his impressive first year on the court, Coomansingh repeated his golden individual performance in men's singles and was named Centennial's Male Athlete of the Year.

Wallace continued to play tennis outside of Centennial after his graduation, teaching Tennis Masters at the L'Amoureaux Tennis Centre in Scarborough.
