Robert Malbasic played for the St. Clair Saints men's soccer program for five seasons, becoming the OCAA's career leader in goals with 55 to his credit. He is a four-time OCAA League All-Star.

Robert made his OCAA debut in 2007 made an immediate impact scoring a dozen goals in eight matches, winning the OCAA scoring championship. He was named the OCAA West Division Rookie of the Year and CCAA All-Canadian for his efforts.

He scored another 10 goals in 11 matches the following season, as St. Clair advanced to the OCAA final four. He won the OCAA scoring championship again in 2009, with 17 goals in 11 matches.

Robert recorded another 16 goals his final two seasons to surpass Mike Everson's previous record of 47 OCAA career goals. He was the OCAA West Division Scoring Champion with 10 goals in his final season of 2011, as St. Clair advanced once again to the OCAA final four. He was named St. Clair's MVP for men's soccer on four occasions and is a two-time St. Clair Male Athlete of the Year.
