Natasha Thombs' skills were immediately noticed on the basketball court, becoming an OCAA first-team all-star in her rookie season.

By 2005-06, Natasha led Seneca to its first of back-to-back OCAA championships. She was an OCAA first-team all-star, OCAA player of the year, OCAA championship MVP, CCAA all-Canadian and CCAA championship second-team all-star. She was also named the OCAA female athlete of the year.

Natasha won the OCAA east region scoring championship the following season, and was once again named an OCAA first-team all-star, OCAA championship MVP, CCAA all-Canadian and CCAA championship second-team all-star.

Natasha returned to Seneca in 2008-09 and broke two significant OCAA records. She scored the most points in a single game, with 54, and became the all-time OCAA points leader with 1,178.
