Ray Trevisan's contribution to the early success of men's soccer at Mohawk College was nothing short of outstanding. In his first year on the pitch for the Mountaineers in 1968, the OCAA's inaugural season, Trevisan scored 10 goals, five of which came in one game alone.

Ray continued his goal scoring exploits in 1969, captaining and leading the Mountaineers to their first-ever OCAA soccer championship. His value and versatility were exemplified when he dropped back to anchor the defence and yet another OCAA championship in 1970, giving Mohawk their second of three consecutive championship titles.

Ray Trevisan was named to the OCAA Men's Soccer All-Millennium team and was also inducted into the Mohawk College Hall of Fame in 1993.
