GEORGE BROWN 95, CANADORE 60

TORONTO - The Canadore Panthers men's varsity basketball team lost their second game on the road in two days, falling short to George Brown College in Toronto.

Head coach, Stacy Gallagher said about the game, "When things go wrong, they go wrong! We didn't have a good shooting weekend, we didn't play our game. When we ran the floor, great things happened. We couldn't get things going in the half court. So we will work on making the adjustments and work hard and prepare for our next game."

Also not impressed with the way the team played was Mike Costello, who was Canadore's player of the game and explained, "We need to be consistent all the time and not take teams lightly. We need to play from the start to the finish."

"GET YOUR CLAWS OUT" to support your Canadore Panthers in home game action this coming Saturday, Nov. 9 at the Education Centre Gymnasium. Men's basketball starts the action off at 1 p.m. vs. Durham, followed by women's and men's volleyball at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. vs. Trent University.
