Carolyn Aylesworth was a key member of Fleming-Peterborough's 1985-86 OCAA women's hockey championship team.

As a rookie, Aylesworth led all OCAA players in scoring with 25 goals and 17 assists for 42 points. She was named an OCAA League and Championship All-Star as the Fleming Knights captured the OCAA gold medal.

Carolyn reached the 20-goal plateau once again during the 1986-87 season, adding seven assists for 27 points. Once again, she was named both an OCAA League and Championship All-Star.

Aylesworth is a member of the OCAA Women's Hockey All-Millennium team.
