Lee-Anne Quinn played three seasons with the Seneca College women's hockey teams, winning two OCAA championships.
Quinn was an OCAA Tournament All-Star in her rookie season, earning seven points in four games. She had a plus/minus rating of plus-seven and won 31 of 46 face-offs as Seneca won the 1983-84 OCAA championship. Lee-Anne was eighth in league scoring during the regular season with six goals and nine assists in nine games.
Quinn blossomed in 1984-85 when she was third in league scoring with 18 goals and 25 assists for 43 points in 15 games. Seneca went on to repeat as OCAA champions.
Lee-Anne was limited to five games in 1985-86, earning six points including three goals. This was enough to make Quinn one of the Top 10 all-time scoring leaders in OCAA history with 27 goals and 37 assists for 64 points.
Quinn is a member of the OCAA All-Millennium Women's Hockey team.
