Fawn Day was a two-time OCAA pitching champion (1994, 1995) and was also named an OCAA all-star in the same seasons.

During the 1994 season, Fawn posted a 6-2 record from the rubber and recorded a 2.29 ERA. The following season, she recorded six victories and four losses while lowering her ERA to 2.05 on the season. 

Day was named Conestoga's female athlete of the year in 1995 and 1996 and the team MVP in each of her years of play as a Condor. 

A graduate from the business administration - management studies program, Day also attained one silver and two gold OCAA medals during her time playing for Conestoga.

Day is now a women's fastball coach at Conestoga and received the OCAA coach of the year award in 2006 and 2007.

Fawn was named a member of the OCAA women's fastball all-millenium team.
