CAMBRIAN 3, DURHAM 0 (FINAL)

SUDBURY, Ont. – Durham College went 1-1 in women's volleyball action this weekend as they defeated Boreal and lost to Cambrian. Both matches were sweeps ending 3-0.

In Saturday's win against Boreal, Ashley Mulholland and Natasha Jakovljevic paced the Lords offence with nine points apiece. Mulholland also had a team high nine digs in the win.

Durham's offence failed to put up a repeat performance on Sunday afternoon as no player had more than five points. On the defensive end, Durham had no answer for Cambrian's Kelsey Fielding who had 17 points. Fielding was named the OCAA volleyball athlete of the week earlier in the month.

Durham is now 2-4 and sit in eighth place in the eastern conference standings. The Lords will host the Trent Excalibur on Thursday, November 24 at 6 p.m.
